AlcoTrack vs Alcogram

Two drink diaries, both on Android, both free with ads, both filling a calendar with the days you skipped. They differ in when the drink gets written down. Alcogram asks the next morning, one question in a notification, then a drink type and one of three sizes. AlcoTrack takes the drink while you are having it, with its real volume and strength, and turns the evening into a blood alcohol curve as it happens.

The short version

Alcogram is the lighter habit. One question a day, answered from the notification, and a calendar that fills up; if that is all the diary you will keep, it is a good one, and the friends and chat rooms are something AlcoTrack does not have. What it never does is estimate blood alcohol, and three volume levels per drink is a coarse way to count what you drank. AlcoTrack wants the drink as it happens and pays you back with the number: what your blood is doing, when it is back to zero, what the night did to your sleep. Nothing it stores leaves the phone, and there is no account to sign in to.

Every Alcogram cell comes from its Google Play listing, including the data safety section, and its App Store listing (prices, languages, the iOS requirement, the sign-in and sync, the privacy label) as they read on 25 October 2026. "Not offered" means neither mentions it. German advertising law asks a comparison to be objective and checkable, which is also simply the honest way to do it. If a cell has gone stale, tell me.

Which one

If one question a day is the most diary you will keep, Alcogram, and it will keep the calendar honest. If you want to know what the evening is doing to you while it happens, and what it did to your sleep afterwards, AlcoTrack, which asks for the drink and nothing else: no account, no sign-in, no sync.
